For ministries

Helping you make the greatest impact

We partner with pregnancy centers, maternity homes and pro-life ministries that are faithful, accountable and ready to grow. Our grants are strategic investments in proven effectiveness, faithful leadership and capacity for growth.

We do not accept unsolicited applications. Grants are by invitation.

  • We do not fund multi-year or endowment grants

Grant cycles are held twice a year, in Spring and Winter.

Priority areas of support

  • Ultrasound equipment and medical expansion

  • Operating and infrastructure needs
  • Marketing and outreach to reach more women and families

We focus on long-term stability over short-term relief.

Why it matters

“What distinguishes SJPF is their commitment to excellence in stewardship. They do not simply distribute resources; they carefully vet the organizations they serve, equip them with fundraising and operational expertise, and build a national network of life-affirming ministries that are better and stronger together than they could ever be apart.”

Most Reverend Paul S. CoakleyArchbishop of Oklahoma City

The process

From invitation to lasting impact

  1. 1

    Invitation

We do not accept unsolicited applications. Each cycle, we invite mission-aligned organizations to apply.

  2. 2

    Application

Invited ministries apply during our Spring or Winter grant cycle, following the guidelines above.

  3. 3

    Review and vetting

Every applicant receives equal consideration. We visit on site, interview key staff and evaluate current programs, looking at leadership and governance, alignment with Church teaching, financial transparency and demonstrated outcomes.

  4. 4

    Investment decision

After due diligence, we award grants to the ministries with the greatest measurable potential. We treat every grant as capital invested for growth, stability and multiplied impact.

  5. 5

    Tracking and partnership

Grantees report how funds were used and the impact that followed. Every grantee also receives pro-bono fundraising consulting from our team.

  6. 6

    Impact and follow-through

Ministries with strong leadership and measurable outcomes may be invited to apply in future cycles as part of a growing network of accountable partners.

Collaborating with like-minded organizations has taught me how to be a better leader and how to help United Hearts Life Mission grow and thrive. The guidance provided by SJPF has been the absolute key to our success, and I am forever grateful.
Mary Ann MoralesPresident, United Hearts Life Mission
I have never seen a presentation like this on this subject matter in all of my years as an Executive Director. It was highly practical advice applicable to the work on our clinic.
Jeanna DesideriExecutive Director, Corbella Clinic, South Elgin, IL
This consultation is nothing short of amazing. SJPF’s open-handed sharing of knowledge and resources is truly unheard of.

I have never seen a foundation that is doing what you’re doing. My first thought is just: ‘What? This is amazing.’ I just want to praise the Lord for those who are funding it.
